NWA-M-1
North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-1 looking north at grasses, caesarweed (Urena lobata), grapevine (Vitis sp.), lantana (Lantana camara), and live oak (Quercus virginiana). East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-1 looking east at cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia), and recruited grasses.
 
West - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-1 looking west at oak (Quercus sp.), cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), lantana (Lantana camara), saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia), and various grasses. South - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-1 looking south at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens), saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia), dog fennel (Eupatorium capillifolium), and passionflower (Passiflora incarnata).

North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-2 looking north at cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), beggarticks (Bidens alba), dog fennel (Eupatorium capillifolium) and saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia). East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-2 looking east at live oak (Quercus virginiana), saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia), seedling cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), and other recruited species.

North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-3 looking north at dense saw palmetto (Serenoa repens), winged sumac (Rhus copallinum), saltbush (Baccharis halimifolia), and cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto). East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-3 looking east at saw palmetto (Serenoa repens), live oak (Quercus virginiana) and cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto). Note the clearing of some palmettos for access to exotic species.

NWA-M-4
North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-4 looking north at cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), sand cordgrass (Spartina bakeri), and saltgrass (Distichlis spicata) on the north shore of this wetland restoration area. East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-4 looking east at duckweed (Lemna minor), as well as the remains of mangroves within this freshwater wetland restoration area.
 
West - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-4 looking west at the wetland restoration area. Sand cordgrass (Spartina bakeri) and saltgrass (Distichlis spicata) dominate the banks. South - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-4 looking south at the remnants of mangroves within this freshwater wetland restoration area. Note the installed bulrush (Scirpus validus) in the background.
NWA-M-5

South - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-6 looking south at cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), oak (Quercus sp.), and various groundcover species in an area formerly dominated by grapevine (Vitis sp.).
NWA-M-7
North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-7 looking north along the ditch covered by duckweed (Lemna minor), with banks dominated by live oak (Quercus virginiana). East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-7 looking toward saw palmetto (Seronoa repens), skunkvine (Paederia foetida), cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto), and live oak (Quercus virginiana) on the east side of the ditch.
 
West - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-7 looking at cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto) and beautyberry (Callicarpa americana) on the west side of the ditch. South - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-7 looking south along the ditch covered by duckweed (Lemna minor), with banks dominated by cabbage palm (Sabal palmetto) and live oak (Quercus virginiana).
NWA-M-8
North - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-8 looking north from within this wetland restoration area. East - 4/24/2008: Monitoring Station NWA - M-8 looking east from within this wetland restoration area. Duckweed (Lemna minor) and water spangles (Azolla caroliniana) dominate the open water.
